How to Order

Summary Of Payment Options:
  1. Razer Merchant Services - FPX Online Banking, Credit Card (Visa/Master) & E-Wallet.
  2. PayPal - will be redirected to PayPal 
  3. Self Manual Direct Bank Transfer - via own phone banking apps, bank website Or ATM deposits. (Our bank details are shown when this mode of payment is selected) 
Note: For manual direct bank transfer, after the order is completed, you are required to forward us the transaction receipt via email at bluerosesflorist@gmail.com or WhatsApp +6012-881 3539.

How to Order:

  1. Delivery - For orders that requires to be delivered.
  2. Pick up - For orders that are self collected at our store.
    • Once you have decided on the product to order, click "Add to Cart".
    • You will then be prompted with item added to your cart.
    • To view order summary, click "View cart" else click "Check out"
    • In your Cart you will have and option of Delivery or Pick up; this option also shows if your click "Check Out" directly.

    1. Delivery - For Orders that requires to be delivered

    • Click "Delivery (Ship)"
      • Enter the postcode of the delivery location to check delivery availability then click "Apply"
       
      • After postcode is verified that we deliver, click "Select delivery date" and choose the date and time slot of choice, click "Submit"

      Please note that for same day deliveries, our cut off time is 2pm daily Mon - Fri, you are unable to select that same day if its after 2pm. Do give us a call for urgent orders.

      • Do enter your card messages to be printed at the "Add your comment" box, then click "Checkout". (Card is free of charge)
      • At the check out page, please fill in your contact number or email at the Contact column. (Recommended to fill your contact number so we can easily reach you should there be any clarification required in regards to your order).
      • Choose "Ship" at the delivery method option, then fill in the details of the recipient (Name, Address & Contact Number).
      Delivery charges is added into the order summary once the delivery address entered.
      • Continue to select the preferred mode of Payment, fill in the billing address, lastly click "Complete Order".
      • Proceed to make payment, thank you. For those who chose the manual direct bank transfer, the order here is submitted, do forward us the transaction statement after the transaction via whatsApp (+612-881 3539) or email bluerosesflorist@gmail.com

      2. Pick Up - For Orders that are self collected at our store.

      • Click "Pick up"
      • Click "Select pickup date" and choose the date and time slot of choice, click "Submit"
      • Do enter your card messages to be printed at the "Add your comment" box, then click "Checkout". (Card is free of charge)
